Once you have received your unique Chelsea Rewards TeamCard you can begin to earn and redeem points. Keep your Chelsea Rewards TeamCard somewhere safe, because without this card you won't be able to earn or redeem your points. HOW DOES THE CHELSEA REWARDS LOYALTY SCHEME WORK?
Chelsea Rewards is the Chelsea FC loyalty programme rewarding Season ticket holders, Members and fans who interact with Chelsea FC.
Season ticket holders and Members with a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard can earn and redeem points when making purchases around the Club.
You can also participate with Chelsea Rewards online through the Chelsea Fan Club, earning points and badges for completing online challenges. Participants can then spend these points on exclusive rewards. Find out more at www.chelseafc.com/rewards

Season Ticket holders and Members can collect Chelsea Rewards points when making purchases with the Club and can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF A CHELSEA REWARDS POINT?
A single point is equivalent to 1p. So, 100 points equal £1. Points are only awarded for each complete £1 spent on each purchase.
HOW CAN I EARN CHELSEA REWARDS POINTS?
You can earn Chelsea Rewards points by swiping your card when purchasing at:
- The Chelsea FC Megastore at Stamford Bridge & Kingston (including mail orders): 5 points per £1 spent
- Chelsea Online Megastore (UK & Europe only): 5 points per £1 spent
- Marco Grill and Frankie’s Sports Bar & Diner Stamford Bridge: 5 points per £1 spent
- Stamford Bridge Stadium Tour: 5 points per £1 spent
- Chelsea Health Club & Spa (Spa treatments only): 5 points per £1 spent
- Millennium and Copthorne Hotel at Stamford Bridge: 10 points per £1 spent
HOW DO I SPEND MY CHELSEA REWARD POINTS?
Online rewards can be accessed through your Chelsea Fan Club profile page. You can redeem your points for rewards including exclusive videos, news, downloads and more.
In addition to spending your points online, you can redeem your Chelsea Rewards TeamCard points for a discount* when purchasing at the below locations:
- The Chelsea FC Megastore at Stamford Bridge and Kingston (including mail orders)
- Chelsea Heath Club & Spa (Spa treatments only)
- Millennium and Copthorne Hotel at Stamford Bridge (excluding on match days) Stamford Bridge Stadium Tour (excluding on match days)
- The Chelsea FC Online Megastore (UK & Europe only) – simply enter your 14 digit Chelsea Rewards TeamCard number at the checkout
*Transaction discount based on £1 off your purchase for every 100 points redeemed.
When purchasing from the above locations, a receipt which shows the number of points you have spent and your new points balance will be issued to you.
CAN I USE MY POINTS AS PART PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES AT CHELSEA FOOTBALL CLUB?
Season Ticket Holders and Members with a Chelsea Rewards TeamCard can continue spending points as they do currently, which includes part-payment for some services.
Spending points on online rewards can only be done with full point payment.
IF I LOSE MY TEAMCARD, HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Please contact the ticket office by email websales@chelseafc.com to request a replacement card. Please note there is a charge for cards lost.
HOW LONG DO CHELSEA REWARD POINTS LAST BEFORE THEY EXPIRE?
Chelsea Rewards points can be collected and redeemed on a yearly cycle starting on 1 July and ending on 30 June each year.
At the end of each year you will have until 30th September to redeem the points earned within the 12 month period prior, after which your Chelsea Rewards points will expire.
The Chelsea Rewards points expiry process did not occur in 2015, instead occurring for the first time on 30 September 2016
